Meditation

Meditation is a practice of centering oneself in the present moment and reconnecting with the aliveness of the body. When we focus our attention away from the chatter of the mind we can find enormous relief. Dana leads meditation every Sunday at 10 and 11:30 at Tapped In Massage & EFT. The classes are suited for beginners and experienced meditators alike. There is no charge for the class, however donations are appreciated. Emotional Freedom Technique

This class is a great way to be introduced to EFT. In a group setting you will learn how to utilize tapping points to relieve physical pain and emotional stress. Dana is able to help participants understand what to tap about and how to do so in a group setting while maintaining privacy.
